王天佳,男,中共党员。本科毕业于长安大学公路学院,专业道路桥梁与渡河工程;博士毕业于浙江大学,专业桥梁与隧道工程。现担任山东建筑大学交通工程学院教师,研究方向桥梁抗震、交通网络抗震韧性、地震动数值模拟及机器学习。
